The Groom washes the bride's feet

1It was just before the Passover Feast. Jesus knew that the time had come for him to leave this world and go to the Father. Having loved his own who were in the world, he now showed them the full extent of his love.
2The evening meal was being served, and the devil had already prompted Judas Iscariot, son of Simon, to betray Jesus. 3Jesus knew that the Father had put all things under his power, and that he had come from God and was returning to God; 4so he got up from the meal, took off his outer clothing, and wrapped a towel around his waist. 5After that, he poured water into a basin and began to wash his disciples' feet, drying them with the towel that was wrapped around him.

6He came to Simon Peter, who said to him, “Lord, are you going to wash my feet?”

7Jesus replied, “You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.”

8“No,” said Peter, “you shall never wash my feet.”

Jesus answered, “Unless I wash you, you have no part with me.”

9“Then, Lord,” Simon Peter replied, “not just my feet but my hands and my head as well!”

10Jesus answered, “A person who has had a bath needs only to wash his feet; his whole body is clean. And you are clean, though not every one of you.” 11For he knew who was going to betray him, and that was why he said not every one was clean.

12When he had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place. “Do you understand what I have done for you?” he asked them. 13“You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am. 14Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another's feet. 15I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. 16I tell you the truth, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. 17Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.

_____________________________________________________________________________________

you also should wash one another's feet...
Jesus washes the feet of the diciple and tells them to wash each other's feet, y?

.So that none of them holds a superiority complex among themselves. 16I tell you the truth, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him.
- He examplifies and makes the knowledge of Himself as Lord,Master and Teacher clear to them. Therefore in being greater than His disciples He does as what a servant does.

35Then James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came to him. “Teacher,” they said, “we want you to do for us whatever we ask.”
36“What do you want me to do for you?” he asked.

37They replied, “Let one of us sit at your right and the other at your left in your glory.”

38“You don't know what you are asking,” Jesus said. “Can you drink the cup I drink or be baptized with the baptism I am baptized with?”

39“We can,” they answered. Jesus said to them, “You will drink the cup I drink and be baptized with the baptism I am baptized with, 40but to sit at my right or left is not for me to grant. These places belong to those for whom they have been prepared.”

41When the ten heard about this, they became indignant with James and John. 42Jesus called them together and said, “You know that those who are regarded as rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them. 43Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, 44and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all. 45For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” (Mark 10:35-45 NIV )

. To hold others in higher regard than of ourselves
3Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. (Philippians 2:3 KJV)

To Unite the diciples and making them part of Himself.Cleansing them through the washing of their feet as mentioned that the other parts of the body are clean and only need to wash only their feet.
22Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.

23For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

24Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

25Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

26That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

27That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

28So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.

29For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:

30For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.

31For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.

32This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

33Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband. (Ephesians 5:22-33)

As in His prayer for His Disciples and believers, He prayed they may be one as You and I(Jesus) are one.Jesus commisioned them to make disciples of all nations in the name of our Lord Jesus. They had to wash the feet thereafter of the disciples' feet so We know that we are all one among each other as us as individuals too are in one with God and examplify Christ's very likeness in washing His disciples' feet.
Cleansing them in the name of Jesus who clothes us in His righteousness, making us Holy,Worthy and without blemish by His very word.

PASSIONATE AND IN PURSUIT OF HOLINESS

1 While Israel was staying in Shittim, the men began to indulge in sexual immorality with Moabite women, 2 who invited them to the sacrifices to their gods. The people ate and bowed down before these gods. 3 So Israel joined in worshiping the Baal of Peor. And the LORD's anger burned against them.
4 The LORD said to Moses, "Take all the leaders of these people, kill them and expose them in broad daylight before the LORD , so that the LORD's fierce anger may turn away from Israel."

5 So Moses said to Israel's judges, "Each of you must put to death those of your men who have joined in worshiping the Baal of Peor."

6 Then an Israelite man brought to his family a Midianite woman right before the eyes of Moses and the whole assembly of Israel while they were weeping at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting. 7 When Phinehas son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron, the priest, saw this, he left the assembly, took a spear in his hand 8 and followed the Israelite into the tent. He drove the spear through both of them-through the Israelite and into the woman's body. Then the plague against the Israelites was stopped; 9 but those who died in the plague numbered 24,000.

10 The LORD said to Moses, 11 "Phinehas son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron, the priest, has turned my anger away from the Israelites; for he was as zealous as I am for my honor among them, so that in my zeal I did not put an end to them. 12 Therefore tell him I am making my covenant of peace with him. 13 He and his descendants will have a covenant of a lasting priesthood, because he was zealous for the honor of his God and made atonement for the Israelites."

14 The name of the Israelite who was killed with the Midianite woman was Zimri son of Salu, the leader of a Simeonite family. 15 And the name of the Midianite woman who was put to death was Cozbi daughter of Zur, a tribal chief of a Midianite family.

16 The LORD said to Moses, 17 "Treat the Midianites as enemies and kill them, 18 because they treated you as enemies when they deceived you in the affair of Peor and their sister Cozbi, the daughter of a Midianite leader, the woman who was killed when the plague came as a result of Peor."
_____________________________________________________________________________________

From the passage of scripture above we see Phinehas who stood up in zealousness for God's honour and was passionate for God and His holiness so much that he wasnt afraid of taking the life of the midianite woman (15 And the name of the Midianite woman who was put to death was Cozbi daughter of Zur, a tribal chief of a Midianite family). We always think wahz this guy is pastor or church leader sial, and we know that particular leader is living in sin and we are intimidated of approaching that person and helping that person or telling that he/she is living in sin. wei!!! Yes we are to admonish one another in love lo lest the brother/sister refuses to repent.
We being the temple of the Holy Spirit must be sensitive to Him,do not quench the spirit nor should we resist Him.And if anyone who enters the presence of God with sin in his/her life,it vexes the Spirit as He is Holy.Yes! we can enter as we are but it requires still to confess our sins and He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousnes (1 John 1:9)
King David saw the seriousness of sin after commiting adultry
11 Do not cast me from your presence

or take your Holy Spirit from me. (Psalms 51:11)

We have to understand sin and Holiness does not mix !!! it was by sin that seperated us from God and made us God's enemies.

20When you were slaves to sin, you were free from the control of righteousness. 21What benefit did you reap at that time from the things you are now ashamed of? Those things result in death! 22But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves to God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life. 23For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:20-23)

Stand among tis generation and be counted who would not compromise and hate sin not to even condone it.

3 Who may ascend the hill of the LORD ?

Who may stand in his holy place?

4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart,

who does not lift up his soul to an idol

or swear by what is false.

5 He will receive blessing from the LORD

and vindication from God his Savior.

6 Such is the generation of those who seek him,

who seek your face, O God of Jacob. (psalms 24:3-6)

Grace and Holiness

To aprreciate Grace we gotta ask ourselves hypothectically if Jesus never came to die on the cross what will it be like for us? Will we even be in church? n if we do go to church, will we be bringing cattle for atonement n sacrifice for our sins?
but theoretically now in knowing we have Jesus that died on the cross for us as the sacrificial lamb for us all and once and for all.
Then Christ would have had to suffer many times since the creation of the world. But now he has appeared once for all at the end of the ages to do away with sin by the sacrifice of himself. (Hebrews 9:26)
From the blood of Jesus we can enter into His presence and have a relationship with God in the name of Jesus cos it is by the name of Jesus and it is Jesus who clothes us with His righteousness before a Holy God.
We however cannot make light of sin.We have to magnify the consequence of sin n eradicate sin.We have to hate sin! Be perfect, therefore as your heavenly father is perfect(Matthew 5:48).But we cannot do it by our own effort lo.When Jesus ascended to be the father, He promised us the Helper, the Holy Spirit who will guide us in to all truth and lead us into deeper knowledge of Jesus and the Holiness of God because the Holy Spirit by Himself, the mame implies that He is holy and He is God.
How do we avoid sin?
1Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. 3For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in sinful man, 4in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit.
5Those who live according to the sinful nature have their minds set on what that nature desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. 6The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace; 7the sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not submit to God's law, nor can it do so. 8Those controlled by the sinful nature cannot please God.

9You, however, are controlled not by the sinful nature but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ. 10But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, yet your spirit is alive because of righteousness. 11And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit, who lives in you.

12Therefore, brothers, we have an obligation–but it is not to the sinful nature, to live according to it. 13For if you live according to the sinful nature, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live, 14because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. 15For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.” 16The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children. 17Now if we are children, then we are heirs–heirs of God and coheirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory. (Romans 8:1-17)

We have to therefore set our minds in the Spirit and have the mind of Christ knowing our very identity in God having been crucified and resurrected in Jesus therefore we have shared in His suffering and We are to die to ourselves having to take up our own cross everyday.

16So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature. 17For the sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the sinful nature. They are in conflict with each other, so that you do not do what you want (Galatians 5:16,17)

this verse explains why we find it so hard to get of a sin,God is seperating us from our sin and our Spirit is willing to be moulded no doubt about that but our flesh when being pulled away from sin will hold on to it and even reluctantly like reach out to try grab it back like as if being swept by a current and we'll try grab on to something.Just let go and see what God is gonna do with a life submitted to Him wholly because God does a continuous work in us.The Nitty Gritty stuff we tink needn't need change,He will point them out and ask us to change with the helper the Holy Spirit. These Nitty Gritty stuff perhaps we dun see anything wrong with it cos it has so become a norm in us perhaps as David spoke about in Psalms:
12 Who can discern his errors?

Forgive my hidden faults.

13 Keep your servant also from willful sins;

may they not rule over me.

Then will I be blameless,

innocent of great transgression. (Psalms 19:12,13)

Pray and ask God to help reveal the hidden faults in you and together in partnership with the Holy Spirit,He will change you if only u'll let go and let God do that work He wants in your life and in my life.

WE ARE ANOINTED

WOW!!! I WAS SURPRISED LAST NIGHT WHEN REV BENNY HINN CALLED ME UP ONTO THE STAGE JUST AS THE RALLY WAS ABOUT TO END. "SON,I SEE GOD'S ANOINTING ON YOUR LIFE,AN ANOINTING OF EVANGELISM AND YOU WILL SPEAK TO THOUSANDS"...THEN HE ASKED "BY THE WAY ARE YOU MARRIED?DO YOU HAVE A GIRL IN YOUR LIFE IN WHICH YOU HAVE A EMOTIONAL ATTACHMENT TO...I SENSE AN EMOTIONAL BAGGAGE THAT YOU HAVE TO LET GO OF IN ORDER THAT GOD RELEASES HIS ANOINTING AND THAT YOUR ANOINTING WILL BE GREATER THAN THAT OF YOUR FATHER'S" THEN HE ALREADY CALLED BOTH MY PARENTS UP THE STAGE AS WELL.

I TAKE PROPHECIES WITH SOBER JUDGEMENT...I NEVER SAW MYSELF AS AN EVENGELIST, MY GIFTING WAS IN BUILDING UP PEOPLE THROUGH MY WRITTINGS FROM MY LISTENING TO GOD'S VOICE BUT EVANGELISTIC ANOINTING???!!! HELLO! WELL WHO KNOWS WHAT GOD CAN DO? WE DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING LO.OUR GIFTS AND TALENTS ARE GOD GIVEN AND THEY MUST NOT HINDER WHAT CAN DO THROUGH US FURTHER. GIFTS AREN'T GIVEN JUST ONCE AND THEY CAN BE GIVEN TO US TO SUIT GOD'S SOVEREIGN WILL FOR US AT THE PARTICULAR POINT OF TIME BUT WE HAVE TO REMAIN MOLDABLE TO GOD THROUGH AN UNWAVERING FOCUS ON HIM AND THE PRECURSOR OF THAT IS THE TAKING UP OF OUR CROSSES AND IN THAT DYING TO OUSELVES.

HMMMM...OKAY...A GIRL IN MY LIFE THAT INVOLVES EMOTIONAL BAGGAGE HUH?
THIS IS IN FACT VERY INTERESTING...IF IT IS THE GIRL IM THINKING IT IS...THEN WHY DOES GOD ALLOW US TO RECONCILIATE SO MANY TIMES WHEN THERE WERE SO MANY A TIME WE COULD HAVE BROKEN UP ALTOGETHER? SHE ISNT MY GIRLFRIEND EVEN SO,BUT SUCH A COMPLICATED WHAT I WOULD CALL INFACTUATION BASED FRIENDSHIP...BUT I ALWAYS ASK GOD TO BE OUR MEDIATOR AND INTERCEDE INTO OUR FRIENDSHIP LO...AND HE ALWAYS ASKS ME TO LOVE HER SOMEMORE... WHY???!!!
OUR GOD IS A GOD OF RECONCILIATION AND GOD IS LOVE OF WHOM DRAWS US TO HIMSELF AND US TO EACH OTHER.I THOUGHT I HAD THIS INFACTUATION THING ALL FIXED GOOD BUT I REALISED THAT IT WAS REPRESSED AND I GOT JEALOUS. LOVE DOES NOT GET JEALOUS... GOD WANTS ME TO LOVE HER! BUT JUST LIKE I WOULD TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS, IT WAS SAID BECAUSE THERE WERE TIMES IT WAS SO DIFFICULT TO LOVE HER AND MY PERCEPTION OF LOVE WAS WRONG THEN AND IM STILL DEALING WITH IT. AND IT IS WITH THE EYES OF CHRIST AND OF HIS LOVE I SHOULD LOVE HER WITH JUST AS IT WOULD ANY OF MY FRIENDS.

EVERYDAY ITS YOU I LIVE FOR

WHAT DID GOD TEACH ME TODAY? HE TAUGHT ME THIS PHRASE "I IN HIM, AND HE IN ME".AS YOU WOULD ASSOCIATE VERY MUCH WITH THAT ANALOGY IN JOHN 15 ABOUT GOD BEING THE VINE AND US BEING THE BRANCHES.
GOD WANTS US TO BE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH HIM...ONE TESTIMONY TO SHARE :
IN CONJUNCTION WITH YESTERDAY'S CONCLUSIVE PARAGRAPH I INDICATED I WAS PROMPTED TO PRAY FOR MY COLLEAGUE WHO HAD FALLEN FROM THE SCAFFOLDING.SOME OF MY COLLEAGUES INCLUDING MYSELF WENT TO VISIT HIM TODAY AT CHANGI GENERAL HOSPITAL AND HE IS PRETTY IN CONDITION. TWO X-RAYS TAKEN AND FOUND NO INTERNAL INJURIES AND NO BROKEN BONES.EVIDENTLY AN ABRASSIVE SCAR ON THE KNEE AND A BRUISE ON HIS BACK CAUSED AS HE WAS FALLING TO HIT A CROSSBAR MEANT TO REINFORCE THE SCAFFOLDING STRUCTURE...I WAS PRAYING WHILE AT THE HOSPITAL EVEN QUIETLY SITTING DOWN WITH MY HANDS CUPPED OVER MY FACE...ONE THING I PRAYED WAS THAT HIS PRESENCE FILL THE ROOM IN WHICH WE WERE AND THEN ONE OF MY COLLEAGUES TAPPED ON MY CUPPED HANDS AND ASKED WHAT I WAS DOING... MY SUPERVISOR SAID I WAS PRAYING...HOW WOULD HE HAVE KNOWN THAT? EXCEPT THAT HE DID SENSE GOD'S PRESENCE THERE,AND HIMSELF BEING A CHRISTIAN FOR ONE.
COOL HUH? :)

What does it mean to live for God's glory?
To live for His glory is to have God in each one of our lives as our personal saviour and friend by whom we have an intimate relationship with.

7 Now Moses used to take a tent and pitch it outside the camp some distance away, calling it the "tent of meeting." Anyone inquiring of the LORD would go to the tent of meeting outside the camp. 8 And whenever Moses went out to the tent, all the people rose and stood at the entrances to their tents, watching Moses until he entered the tent. 9 As Moses went into the tent, the pillar of cloud would come down and stay at the entrance, while the LORD spoke with Moses. 10 Whenever the people saw the pillar of cloud standing at the entrance to the tent, they all stood and worshiped, each at the entrance to his tent. 11 The LORD would speak to Moses face to face, as a man speaks with his friend. Then Moses would return to the camp, but his young aide Joshua son of Nun did not leave the tent.

Moses and the Glory of the LORD
12 Moses said to the LORD , "You have been telling me, 'Lead these people,' but you have not let me know whom you will send with me. You have said, 'I know you by name and you have found favor with me.' 13 If you are pleased with me, teach me your ways so I may know you and continue to find favor with you. Remember that this nation is your people."
14 The LORD replied, "My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest."

15 Then Moses said to him, "If your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here. 16 How will anyone know that you are pleased with me and with your people unless you go with us? What else will distinguish me and your people from all the other people on the face of the earth?"

17 And the LORD said to Moses, "I will do the very thing you have asked, because I am pleased with you and I know you by name."

18 Then Moses said, "Now show me your glory."

19 And the LORD said, "I will cause all my goodness to pass in front of you, and I will proclaim my name, the LORD , in your presence. I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. 20 But," he said, "you cannot see my face, for no one may see me and live."

21 Then the LORD said, "There is a place near me where you may stand on a rock. 22 When my glory passes by, I will put you in a cleft in the rock and cover you with my hand until I have passed by. 23 Then I will remove my hand and you will see my back; but my face must not be seen."

Exodus 34
The New Stone Tablets
1 The LORD said to Moses, "Chisel out two stone tablets like the first ones, and I will write on them the words that were on the first tablets, which you broke. 2 Be ready in the morning, and then come up on Mount Sinai. Present yourself to me there on top of the mountain. 3 No one is to come with you or be seen anywhere on the mountain; not even the flocks and herds may graze in front of the mountain."
4 So Moses chiseled out two stone tablets like the first ones and went up Mount Sinai early in the morning, as the LORD had commanded him; and he carried the two stone tablets in his hands. 5 Then the LORD came down in the cloud and stood there with him and proclaimed his name, the LORD . 6 And he passed in front of Moses, proclaiming, "The LORD , the LORD , the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, 7 maintaining love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness, rebellion and sin. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished; he punishes the children and their children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation."

8 Moses bowed to the ground at once and worshiped. 9 "O Lord, if I have found favor in your eyes," he said, "then let the Lord go with us. Although this is a stiff-necked people, forgive our wickedness and our sin, and take us as your inheritance."

10 Then the LORD said: "I am making a covenant with you. Before all your people I will do wonders never before done in any nation in all the world. The people you live among will see how awesome is the work that I, the LORD , will do for you. 11 Obey what I command you today. I will drive out before you the Amorites, Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites. 12 Be careful not to make a treaty with those who live in the land where you are going, or they will be a snare among you. 13 Break down their altars, smash their sacred stones and cut down their Asherah poles. [a] 14 Do not worship any other god, for the LORD , whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.

15 "Be careful not to make a treaty with those who live in the land; for when they prostitute themselves to their gods and sacrifice to them, they will invite you and you will eat their sacrifices. 16 And when you choose some of their daughters as wives for your sons and those daughters prostitute themselves to their gods, they will lead your sons to do the same.

17 "Do not make cast idols.

18 "Celebrate the Feast of Unleavened Bread. For seven days eat bread made without yeast, as I commanded you. Do this at the appointed time in the month of Abib, for in that month you came out of Egypt.

19 "The first offspring of every womb belongs to me, including all the firstborn males of your livestock, whether from herd or flock. 20 Redeem the firstborn donkey with a lamb, but if you do not redeem it, break its neck. Redeem all your firstborn sons.

"No one is to appear before me empty-handed.

21 "Six days you shall labor, but on the seventh day you shall rest; even during the plowing season and harvest you must rest.

22 "Celebrate the Feast of Weeks with the firstfruits of the wheat harvest, and the Feast of Ingathering at the turn of the year. [b] 23 Three times a year all your men are to appear before the Sovereign LORD , the God of Israel. 24 I will drive out nations before you and enlarge your territory, and no one will covet your land when you go up three times each year to appear before the LORD your God.

25 "Do not offer the blood of a sacrifice to me along with anything containing yeast, and do not let any of the sacrifice from the Passover Feast remain until morning.

26 "Bring the best of the firstfruits of your soil to the house of the LORD your God.

"Do not cook a young goat in its mother's milk."

27 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Write down these words, for in accordance with these words I have made a covenant with you and with Israel." 28 Moses was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights without eating bread or drinking water. And he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant-the Ten Commandments.

The Radiant Face of Moses
29 When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the Testimony in his hands, he was not aware that his face was radiant because he had spoken with the LORD . 30 When Aaron and all the Israelites saw Moses, his face was radiant, and they were afraid to come near him. 31 But Moses called to them; so Aaron and all the leaders of the community came back to him, and he spoke to them. 32 Afterward all the Israelites came near him, and he gave them all the commands the LORD had given him on Mount Sinai.
33 When Moses finished speaking to them, he put a veil over his face. 34 But whenever he entered the LORD's presence to speak with him, he removed the veil until he came out. And when he came out and told the Israelites what he had been commanded, 35 they saw that his face was radiant. Then Moses would put the veil back over his face until he went in to speak with the LORD . (Exodus 33:7-34:35)

The glory of God radiated from the face of Moses not realising it of himself.
The relationship with God was so mesmerising and the communion so intimate,God had Himself in Moses because he yielded of himself n depended on God wholly! His very confidence and strength was on God alone. Which man would come to Pharaoh and ask to let the Israelites out of Egypt together with Signs and wonders to follow along?
Itz when we love God with a yielded heart as Moses did laying down what He thought impossible of himself to do at the burning bush and from there God will be your I AM
and be glorified through what we tink impossible with our logical minds.Itz only when we give up and let God in all His sovereignty do His stuff. He will do His stuff thru people like u who surrenders EVERYTHING to HIM !and YES U!!!

Joshua,He thrist for God's presence so much that even when Moses had left the tent of meeting,He remained there. And He sees the promised land as theirs from God's very implication that it is a promised land!!! itz theirs for the taking man! Outta twelve spies Ten were talking of giants there and the impossible.Joshua and Caleb, the other two spies were probably like
Joshua: yo Caleb!! what is about giants the people are talking about?
Caleb: Giants? what giants? I didnt see no giants around dude!
Joshua: yeah tatz exactly the point! and what is about us being grasshoppers? Wadeva it is I aint no grasshopper man!
Caleb: Neither am I dude! We're going in and tatz for sure Josh!
Joshua: Yeah man!!!
errrrrr...but unfortunately we aint going in now...we're gonna wander the wilderness for the next forty years...and y? people who claim to see giants loh!!! anyways we gotta keep our spirits up and fight our so called giants forty years later and claim the promised land which was supposed to be ours forty years earlier which is errrrr now?.....MAN!!!
People fail to see the BIG GOD!!! (one and only)

BIG
My God is big
So strong so mighty

My God's plan for me
Goes beyond my wildest dreams

My God is good
He's so good to me

My God is big
So strong so mighty

My God is good
He's so good to me

He's my God and
He is my refuge
He's the rock on which I stand
He's my fortress
God, He is my life
He holds the oceans in His hand

My God is Big
So Strong so mighty

My God is good
He's so good to me

There's nothing my God cannot do
